When you want to rent a property then there are two options:

If you have not found a suitable rental property on our website. You can register yourself via registration formulier (Sorry for the  inconvenience, at this moment our website only in Netherlands language available, but with a few months we will launched an English version, so it going to be easier!) 


AFTER COMPLETION OF THE FORM YOU WILL COME IN A PAYMENT ENVIRONMENT WHERE YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PAY A ONE-TIME FEE €20 FOR THE REGISTRATION AT THE RENTAL HOUSES DATABASE 


After you have registered you will automatically receive "Rental home alert" by e-mail, with the latest housing offer that meets your search requirements. With every newly added home that meets your criteria, you will be the first to receive a "Rental home alert" e-mail, so you will always be the first to be informed of all home seekers and you are more likely to find and find this property.

If you sign a mediation contract at Orange Wonen as a tenant, we will do everything you need, to assist you to the best of our ability. For this service, Orange Wonen Verhuurmakelaars, after a rental home is found, charges costs depending from your wishes.

A Orange Wonen Rental Agency representative will accompany you to view the property. You can view the accommodation at your leisure and we will answer any questions that you may have. At Orange Wonen Rental Agency it is also possible to view several properties in 1 day (maximum of 3), then we do the full house search. Our aim is to provide the best possible service to find so fast possible a best accommodation for you.

Depending on your needs and situation if you are sign up at Orange Wonen and submit a search you will receive information about all new suitable homes that meet your requirements for this tour. When you want to rent a property in the Netherlands for the first time then you may not know where to start with your search and that is understandable. Renting a home is quite a complex process and you need to take care of many things at the same time. With so much to take into account it can feel overwhelming. Many people who come to the Netherlands move into the area called the Randstad. People choose this area as that is where their new job is located. Our rental real estate agency specializes and is located in the Randstad area. We have a lot of knowledge about the cities such as Haarlem, Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Beverwijk and Zaandam (and area).

  



 

WHAT SHOULD YOU TAKE INTO ACCOUNT

If you know which city you would prefer to move to then it is advisable to contact a rental agent to search and look at the available properties, price and the demands that comes with. It is important to get expert advice!

Budget carefully – Take into account the council tax and the cost of your utility bills, which you will usually have to pay for. However, if it’s a short-term let, the council tax and some utilities may be included in the rent.

You can find out the cost of council tax from your local authority at City Hall. As with most insurance companies, make sure you get like for like comparison. Often you will be required to own a residence permit by the City Hall to rent a property. This permit must be obtained from the municipality of the rental property. For all rental houses with the price lower than € 718.6 (free sector 2017) you are required to have a permit.

This license is bound to a number of residents who live there and is not transferable.
